Finally we have developed the way to unlock our devices without any technical knowledge.. Just applying one little thing (about 100 MB of data) and waiting 20 minutes. This is called HTC Touch ELFIN (128/256) Unlock, a new process that will allow you to sim unlock any Touch Elf/Elfin in a couple of minutes.
Process isn't finished yet because we don't have too much devices to try on, at least one touch was pulled to run unlock and all was running fine, but we need more devices to try if our method is 100% secure for any user.
